I'VE READ

One of the first books I read on my journey that helped me understand where some of my negative beliefs came from about myself and how to overcome them in the now.

My favorite bedside book to pick up and randomly select a page. Its’
packed with short stories full of Oprah’s wisdom + clarity of life.

With a spiritual + philosophical approach, this book is the epitome of all around mental wellness, forgiveness, and mindfulness; all of which helped me tremendously.

My MUST HAVE book of all times! A staple in our home that reminds us
on how to think + live our best lives to ourselves and others.

This book helped me to understand what perfectionism really is and
how to dismantle its elements such as scarcity + certainty, and replacing
with a healthier feelings.

This one here made me feel like I could accomplish anything after
reading! Getting out of my comfort zone, accepting a challenge, and
having something to fear.

An oldie, but goodie. This one here is simple and to the point with every
page sharing a new message on how to stress less and be in more
control over my life.

This journal is PERFECT for me! It only takes 6 minutes to complete
thanks to its morning and nightly prompts. Full of quotes and a ton of
self reflection.

  2. What you’re doing in detail (example: sitting in a brown chair with arms folded)

FIVE SENSES

Describe the following:

  1. 5 things you see​

  2. 4 things you can feel

  3. 3 things you can hear

  4. 2 things you can smell

  5. 1 thing you can taste

SQUARE BREATHING

  • Take a deep breath in through your nose for 4 counts​

  • Hold for 4 counts

  • Exhale through the mouth for 4 counts

  • Pause for 4 counts

THE RAINBOW EXERCISE

Name everything around you for every color of the rainbow.

Red, Orange, Yellow, Green Blue, Indigo, Violet

Repeat as many times as necessary
